Scout.com proudly presents our new National Hot 100 -- with a new No. 1 prospect in the country.

In both the NFL and college football, the big receiver rules. This is the primary reason Fred Rouse, a 6-foot-3, 187-pound wideout from Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln High, has catapulted to the top of Scout.com's National Hot 100 .

Wide receiver Derrick Williams, from Greenbelt (Md.) Roosevelt High School, was Scout.com's preseason No. 1 prospect. He dropped two spots to No. 3, while USC-bound signal caller Mark Sanchez, from Mission Viejo (Calif.), moved up to the No.1 quarterback spot and the No. 2 prospect overall.
