Dallas defender Reyes fined for reckless foul

NEW YORK (AP) -- Dallas Burn defender Milton Reyes of Honduras was fined $500 Friday for a reckless foul in a loss to Los Angeles last weekend.

Reyes received a yellow card in that game, a 2-0 victory by the Galaxy, for a challenge on Brazilian midfielder Marcelo Saragosa in the first half.

Major League Soccer's disciplinary committee said Friday that the fine was imposed after Reyes had been warned for another reckless tackle in July against the Columbus Crew.
