Fallout from a 34-7 loss to Florida has begun, with Florida State fans calling for Jeff Bowden's firing and coach Bobby Bowden being resentful. More than the losing, though, a growing offensive ineptitude has made some folks in Seminole Nation restless. The performance did have Bobby Bowden concerned enough to examine the play calls Sunday while reviewing the videotape.

It's not official yet with one more week of games, but Notre Dame almost certainly sealed a trip to the Fiesta Bowl with their 38-31 victory over the Cardinal. And the Pac-10, still smarting from last year's snub when the BCS passed over Cal for Texas, remains edgy, hoping a worthy Oregon (10-1) can edge out a worthy Ohio State (9-2) for the final BCS at-large spot.
