The third edition of the SI.com Experts League drafted on Aug. 10 with 12 owners fighting it out for a league championship.

This year, the owners are: Kirk Bouyelas (Football Diehards), Ken Daube (TalentedMrRoto.com), Dave Gawron (AuctionPlayers.com), Bob Harris (Fantasy Sports Publications), Richard Harris (Fantasy Football Experts), Ryan Houston (FantasyFootball.com), Greg Kellogg (Gridiron Grumblings), Joe Levit (Fantasy Football Speaker), Sam Lubeck (STATS Inc.), defending champion Mike Nazarek (Fantasy Football Mastermind), James Quintong (SI.com) and Corey Roberts (STATS Inc.).

Each team is required to start one quarterback, two running backs, three wide receivers, one tight end, one flex player (RB/WR/TE), one kicker and one defense/special teams unit.

The league scoring system is as follows:
Passing: 4 points per TD, -1 point per interception, 2 points per 2-point conversion, 0.05 point per yard
Rushing: 6 points per TD, 2 points per 2-point conversion, 0.1 point per yard
Receiving: 6 points per TD, 2 points per 2-point conversion, 1 point per reception, 0.1 point per yard
Kicking: 3 points per field goal up to 39 yards, 4 points per 40-49 yard field goal, 5 points per field goal over 50 yards, 1 point per extra point
Defense/special teams: 6 points per TD, 2 points per interception, 2 points per fumble recovery, 2 points per blocked kick/punt, 1 point per sack, 5 points per shutout, 2 points per allowing 1-5 points, 1 point per allowing 6-10 points
