Which major league ballparks give fans the best deal for their dollars? To find the answers we need you to tell us. Below is a survey that rates various categories in each of the 30 parks -- just fill it out and submit it to us by August 14. And if you've visited more than one ballpark, feel free to send in additional responses. Later this summer, we'll tabulate the results and publish the Fan Value Index, which will not only rank each ballpark experience but also include your comments.

Please answer each question by checking the box (or boxes) that best reflect your view. Type comments and use the dropdown menus where asked.
