More State Champs
Who were the State Champs elsewhere in the U.S.? Pick another state from the menu:

The Gophers have volume, with a trio of three-star recruits (Blake Hoffarber, Brandon Smith and Spencer Tollackson) and one four-star prospect (Bryce Webster), but the state has produced only three truly "elite" players during this stretch: Patrick O'Bryant, Cole Aldrich and Isaiah Dalhlman. And O'Bryant has to be considered the best of the bunch; he helped take Bradley to the Sweet 16 and was a first-round NBA Draft pick in June. So the title, undoubtedly, has to go to the Bradley Braves.

Outside Player: ???

There isn't one dominant Gopher State invader, but it's clear that whenever it has a decent prospect, such as Aldrich (who picked Kansas), Dahlman (Michigan State) or Jon Leuer (Wisconsin), some of the Midwest's best teams will get in the hunt.

Dragging In-State: Minnesota

The only team that gets heat when an Aldrich or Leuer escapes is Minnesota. St. Cloud State and Minnesota-Duluth are free to focus on what really matters: hockey.
