LSU and Bayor bounce back and jump into the top 10

They may have been simple slip-ups, or perhaps, the true contenders are beginning to separate themselves a bit. Either way, the list of unbeatens continues to narrow. Ohio State and Georgia were both upset last week, prompting movement in the top 10 once again.
NCAA Basketball Power Rankings
Maryland Terrapins (12-0)
The Terrapins head into a 10-day break having won 18-straight games. All five starters are averaging at least 10 points, and the Terps' closest game was Sunday's 11-point win over Temple. The team's biggest challenge of the season may be trying to work transfer Sa'de Wiley-Gatewood into the mix later this month.
Next three: 12/21 at Loyola; 12/29 vs. UNC-Greensboro; 12/30 vs. Liberty/Marist
North Carolina Tar Heels (10-0)
It would be nice to see the Tar Heels toughen up the old non-conference schedule. Still, they're doing what they need to do -- win. They're also giving younger players the chance to get playing time before the rough ACC schedule begins.
Next three: 12/16 vs. South Carolina State; 12/18 at Coastal Carolina; 12/20 vs. St. John's at Myrtle Beach Convention Center
Oklahoma Sooners (8-0)
They're back at home after a month on the road, and the results have been the same. Another game, another win. Another big night for Courtney Paris. The player of the year candidate hit 12-of-13 shots in Sunday's win against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Yes, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, but a lot of players aren't even that efficient when they're unguarded.
Next three: 12/17 vs. Northern Colorado; 12/20 vs. Ohio State; 12/30 vs. New Mexico at Oklahoma City
Tennessee Lady Vols (8-1)
Tennessee had something in its last two games that it lacked against North Carolina -- a little offensive support for Candace Parker. Teams know Parker is going to get her points, and they'll likely be fine with that if they can shut down everyone else. When Sidney Spencer is hitting from outside, though, the Lady Vols' already good chances of winning are even better.
Next three: 12/17 at Texas; 12/20 vs. West Virginia; 12/22 at Old Dominion
Duke Blue Devils (9-0)
Duke has to be feeling pretty good heading into a break that lasts until Dec. 19. The Blue Devils manhandled Texas 80-62 on Sunday, wrapping up a stretch of wins that included Rutgers and Vanderbilt. They harassed the Longhorns into 33 turnovers. With that kind of defense, the Blue Devils are bound to go far.
Next three: 12/19 vs. Bowling Green at Cancun; 12/20 vs. SMU at Cancun; 12/21 vs. Pittsburgh at Cancun
