The fourth week of the season saw several ranked teams suffering from hangovers after tough losses the prior Saturday. But a good number of talented prospects turned in impressive performances for NFL scouts.

Risers

Keenan Burton/WR/Kentucky: The star senior receiver with first-day potential has been suffering with a badly injured right foot and sat out practice last week. Yet Burton came up big in Kentucky's victory over conference foe Arkansas, catching three passes for 65 yards with two touchdown receptions, including an all-important 32-yard scoring grab with four minutes remaining to put the Wildcats on top for good.

Darrell Strong/TE/Pittsburgh: A physical specimen whom NFL scouts hoped would have a breakout season, Strong is turning into the Panthers' most reliable receiver. During the loss to Connecticut he had six receptions for 73 yards. His 13 catches this year are just three shy of his previous season high. Thanks to the poor crop of senior tight ends, Strong should make a move up draft boards.

Allen Patrick/RB/Oklahoma: He has added another dimension to the Sooner offense. After missing time earlier in the season with an ankle injury, an invigorated Patrick led the way against Tulsa with 145 rushing yards and two scores on 19 carries. He could rise into the draft's first day if he continues to perform at a high level.

Glenn Dorsey/DT/LSU: Named SEC defensive lineman of the week, Dorsey was a one man wrecking crew against South Carolina. He made eight tackles and one loss during the game. He is easily the nation's top senior defensive tackle.

Dan Connor/LB/Penn State: Connor led a Penn State defense that held Michigan's explosive offense to just 14 points. He came up big on several key third-down situations and harassed Michigan quarterback Ryan Mallett all afternoon.
