Which NFL stadiums offer fans the best experience for their dollars? To find the answers we need you to tell us. Below is a survey that rates various categories in each of the 32 stadiums that we'd like you to fill out and submit to us. And if you've visited more than one stadium, feel free to send in additional responses. Later this summer, we'll tabulate the results and publish the first ever NFL Fan Value Index, which will not only rank each stadium experience but also include your comments.

Please answer each question by checking the box (or boxes) that best reflect your view. Type comments and use the dropdown menus where asked.
