Scott County's (Georgetown, Ky.) Bud Mackey, rated the No. 41 senior boys' basketball recruit by RISE, was arrested on charges of cocaine trafficking Friday, according to The Courier-Journal.

The 18-year-old Mackey, who has committed to Indiana, was also charged with trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, according to a statement by Lt. Marvin Young of the Scott County Detention Center in Georgetown, Ky., in The Courier-Journal.

Mackey averaged 18.3 points per game last year while leading Scott County to a state title. He earned All-State honors and was named MVP of the state tourney.
