BCS Breakdown: Cheerleaders

There will be plenty of distractions on the sidelines of tonight's BCS Championship game. :: Peter Schlitt
On this special BCS Championship edition of Campus Clicks, it's all things Ohio State and LSU. And there's no better place to start than with cheerleaders -- specifically Allison (OSU) and Liza (LSU) -- former SIOC Cheerleaders of the Week. For our older readers, here's a look at an old-school Buckeye and Tiger.
Hot Female Students
We weren't the only people thinking it'd be fun to compare the co-eds of the two schools. Busted Coverage and Touchdown.org break down the BCS (Babe Championship Series) finale.
Landscape
How does a lawn mower relate to tonight's BCS title game? Clearly, you've never been to the home of this Buckeye fan (or better yet, this one). Not to be outdone, an LSU fan made his own (Tiger) Stadium of dreams.
Quarterbacks
Ohio State junior Todd Boeckman has been doing a great job for the Buckeyes on the field -- and an even better job off of it. The Buckeyes QB has been dating Shannon Heacock -- the daughter of defensive coordinator Jim Heacock -- for the past two years. In Baton Rouge, fifth-year senior Matt Flynn is just happy to be starting after four years as a backup, while sophomore Ryan Perriloux is just happy to be out of trouble with the law. The wild card is third-string LSU QB Andrew Hatch, a transfer from the football hotbed known as Harvard.
Cities
Our three favorite random people born in Columbus: Randy "Macho Man" Savage, Ellen Griswold (Beverly D'Angelo) and Shad Gregory Moss (a.k.a. -- Bow Wow). Our three faves from Baton Rouge: Jonathan Papelbon, American Idol's Randy Jackson and Andy Pettitte.
Fans

Which school has more dedicated fans -- Ohio State or LSU? :: Bob Rosato/SI, John Biever/SI
LSU fans came out strong in Week 1 with this sign, our favorite of the year. And we certainly didn't mind seeing these Tiger fans (or these ones) -- just as long as we don't need to see any more of this guy or this guy. For the OSU, we love the Tressel sweater-vest contingent and the passion of these ladies. But for our money, no OSU fan can outshine this junior Buckeye.
Pop Culture Nugget
Britney Spears -- a proud native of Kentwood, La. -- got into some trouble over the weekend (maybe you heard), but our favorite part is Courtney Love's reaction -- "it sucks ass." Well put, Courtney.
Today in Hot Clicks
Rick Fox still has plenty of game ... Tecmo playoffs ... Kevin Youkilis' slump-buster ... Fox loves college bands.
Odds and Ends
LSU is using video games to help prepare for the Buckeyes ... Is Glenn Dorsey worth a No. 1 pick? ... Looks like OSU will only get better next year --- especially with highly touted RB Terelle Pryor on board.
Videos of the Day
LSU Players Freestyle

We wouldn't recommend quitting football, but not a terrible performance by the Tigers.

Ohio State Fans Attempt to Rap

On the other hand, there are these Buckeye fans.
