The prospect of a Tobacco Road preview fell through though when Williams sprained his right knee in a recent game. With his future rival on the bench, Davis led Benedictine to a 25-0 lead after the first quarter en route to a 68-49 victory. Pitt is getting another perfect fit for its bruising style of play in Chester (Pa.) forward Nasir Robinson. Though undersized in the paint at 6-5, 210 pounds, Robinson battled current Panther Dejuan Blair in last year's Pennsylvania state title game. "I saw him on my visit and we were joking about it a little," says Robinson. "I want to get mine now before I play with him." The best game of the weekend was between Monverde (Fla.) Academy and Chester. Texas A&M signee Dashan "Dash" Harris scored 18 points, but he was unable to hit a buzzer-beater as Chester held on. South Kent Prep coach Raphael Chillious, who is in his fifth year at the school, will leave the team Wednesday to take a position with Nike as the Elite Youth Basketball manager. Chillious, who is well thought of on the prep scene, saw his team lose 90-68 to the Hargave Military Academy. "Coach informed us two weeks ago when we got back from break and it took be by surprise," said point guard Isaiah Thomas. "He just has to do what is best for his family." UConn recruit Elena Delle Donne is working her way back after missing a month due to mononucleosis. She wasted little time last Friday as she scored 38 points with Huskies coach Geno Auriemma watching from beneath the basket.
