Venezuelan team bus catches fire; no injuries reported

MIAMI -- The bus that transported the Venezuelan team to the World Baseball Classic caught fire after the team was dropped off at Dolphin Stadium Friday afternoon. No injuries were reported.

The team was practicing in the stadium for the WBC, which resumes Saturday, when Metro Dade Fire Rescue arrived to put out the fire. By the time the flames were extinguished, the back of the bus was badly burned.

A cause has not yet been determined.
