TORONTO - Chris Bosh says he loves his baby daughter and will let the courts deal with the issue of how he supports the child financially. The Toronto Raptors star has been cast in U.S. court papers as a deadbeat dad who broke up with his girlfriend when she was seven months pregnant. The allegations are contained in court documents filed in Maryland on behalf of Allison Mathis, who describes herself as Bosh's former live-in girlfriend. She is seeking child support and sole custody of an infant she claims is Bosh's daughter. Bosh wouldn't comment specifically about the lawsuit following practice Tuesday. "All I can say is I'm going to take care of my responsibilities like I've been doing in the past and in the future and keep respect for everyone," he told reporters. The documents claim that with Mathis seven months pregnant, Bosh, who is making $14.4 million this season, stopped supporting her financially and attempted to have her removed from their home.
