PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- The Philadelphia 76ers will interview former NBA coach Eddie Jordan for their head coaching vacancy.

Jordan, who already had expressed interest in the job, will interview with the Sixers on Friday. He was fired by the Washington Wizards in November and interviewed with the Sacramento Kings this week.

Philadelphia finished 41-41 overall this season, 32-27 under Tony DiLeo, who replaced the fired Maurice Cheeks. DiLeo stepped down as coach on Monday and returned to his job as a vice president and assistant general manager.
