As the Lakers and Magic get set for Game 3 of the NBA Finals, we look back at some of the best Game 3 moments in Finals history.
1962, Jerry West -- Los Angeles Lakers
West stole Sam Jones' inbounds pass with four seconds remaining, then converted the game-winning lay-up to lift the Lakers past the Celtics.
1967, Rick Barry -- San Francisco Warriors
Barry poured in 55 points -- the second-highest scoring performance in playoff history -- to lead the Warriors past Philadelphia. But the Sixers went on to win the series in six games.
1993, Dan Majerle -- Phoenix Suns
In only the second triple-overtime game in NBA Finals history, Dan Majerle scored 28 points to lead the Suns past Chicago 129-121 -- despite 44 points from Michael Jordan.(Start at 1:10 mark)
2001, Robert Horry-- Los Angeles Lakers
Robert Horry took matters into his own hands in the final stretch of Game 3 against the 76ers, scoring 12 fourth-quarter points to give Los Angeles a 2-1 series lead en route to the title.
2008, Kobe Bryant -- Los Angeles Lakers
Kobe Bryant scored 36 points against the Celtics in Game 3 in the 2008 Finals.
