Get Your Freak On
Erin Andrews and USC's Rey Maualuga: Chris Livingston/Icon SMI : Damian Strohmeyer/SI

Well, it's our last day here on Hot Clicks (at least until Jimmy goes on vacation again) so we figured we'd go out in style with, who else but Erin Andrews. Many of you sent us this video of USC linebacker Rey Maualuga dancing (we think) with our favorite sideline reporter before the Rose Bowl. Too bad the short YouTube video was probably the most intriguing part of this year's game.

Dance Fever

The only dance better than Maualuga's was the "Bucking Bronco" ride put on by Darnell Docket and Antonio Smith during the Cardinals' first home playoff win since 1947. However, as Not A Sports Blog points out, it might have been more of a three-way tango.

Mr. Everything

Is there anything Tim Tebow can't do? The Big Lead noticed that the former Heisman Trophy winner not only played offensive tackle for the Cincinnati Bearcats during the Orange Bowl, but also changed his name to Khalil El-Amin. I'm sure he's hoping he'll fare better when he reverts back to Tim Tebow, the quarterback of the Florida Gators in the BCS National Championship Game.

No Sir Charles
Charles, Charles, Charles: John W. McDonough

No one in sports has been more Teflon than Charles Barkley. Anything he does or says (illegal or simply illogical) is met with a sigh and the cliché, "that's Charles being Charles." But Deadspin wonders at what point do we have to wake up and admit Charles might not be a good person?

No Thanks

First the NFL decides to move the Pro Bowl from Hawaii to the site of the Super Bowl, a week before the big game. Now, CBS, which was supposed to televise the least interesting all-star game in sports, wants no part of it. The network is giving up the rights to the 2010 Pro Bowl to ESPN, which was probably going to televise poker or bowling in that spot anyway.

Hockey Night Remix

As if it weren't already bad enough that the Hockey Night in Canada theme song is no longer used on the CBC broadcast, TSN, which bought the rights to the song, had the Barenaked Ladies do a remix of Canada's second national anthem. Let's just say it's worse than anything Roseanne Barr could have done to a national treasure.

Game, Set, Match
Bloggers love them some Ana Ivanovic: Stuart Franklin/Bongarts/Getty Images

Ana Ivanovic may have some serious competition as the top women's tennis player in the world. But she's running away with the title "Most Buzzworthy On The Blogosphere." These photos of her on the beach wearing nothing but a bikini explain why.

Hold The Mayo

You know how Patriots linebacker Jerod Mayo got 49-of-50 first-place votes for defensive rookie of the year? Well, the lone reporter who voted for Bengals linebacker Keith Rivers, who played in only seven games, offered this explanation for his nod to Rivers: "I voted for who? Oh, my bad, I meant the other guy."

Around The FanHouse

Interesting day over at AOL's FanHouse, where Jay Mariotti and Kevin Blackistone, two of the cornerstones of ESPN's Around The Horn, joined as columnists alongside former New York Daily News columnist Lisa Olson. Mariotti's first foray into cyberspace began with: "Now hear this: I'm a bit too busy to hate bloggers or, really, anyone but terrorists and certain Illinois politicians. I just think they should be writing about Steve Smith, not Stephen A. Smith."

Magic Pau

This is the closest thing we've seen to Magic Johnson running the Showtime fast break for the Lakers. And it, surprisingly, came from their shaggy 7-foot Spaniard.

Case Of The Mondays

Why are foreign commercials so much better than the ones in the U.S.?

Sid The Kid

It's nice to see Sidney Crosby mixing it up; we just wish he'd do it when the other guy is expecting it. But hey, at least he's not punching guys from behind and hitting them in the groin anymore.
