There have been a lot of fights lately. Let's see if I can recap the good ones. Raul Ibanez fought a blogger, which turned into the mainstream media fighting the blogger. The Orioles had a fight with spell check. Jonathan Papelbon had to fight himself to stay awake during Boston's win over the Yankees on Tuesday night. Danny DeVito fought to stay sober during a morning talk show appearance. And David Letterman is fighting with Sarah Palin.

Chad Johnson, who is a Twitter machine, used the social networking site last night to let everyone know he just got some face tattoos. (Thanks to Robert Bonnette, of Baltimore, for the link.)

UPDATE, 2:21 p.m. -- The tattoos are fake. Via Johnson's Twittter: "The entire twitt world and media outlets got punked, that was my twitt joke from yesterday, they follow I'll have fun with it."
