KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Tennessee defensive end Chris Walker and running back Toney Williams have undergone arthroscopic surgeries on their left knees.

Tennessee athletic trainer Jason McVeigh said Wednesday that both players will be able to participate in the Volunteers' offseason workouts that begin in June.

Walker, a junior from Memphis, earned the team's award for most improved defensive player during Tennessee's spring practice period. Williams is a mid-term freshman enrolee from Alpharetta, Ga.
