TOURS, France (AP) -- Philippe Gilbert of Belgium has won the Paris-Tours cycling race for a second straight year. Gilbert took the 143-mile race in a sprint finish Sunday ahead of Tom Boonen of Belgium and Borut Bozic of Slovenia, who came third, after breaking away 300 yards before the line. The 27-year-old Gilbert said: "It was an ideal sprint for me, with the wind at my back." Copyright 2009 Associated Press. All rights reserved.
