MLS: Schelotto guides Crew past Chivas USA

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Argentine forward Guillermo Barros Schelotto scored two second half goals to give the Columbus Crew a 2-1 win over Chivas USA in Major League Soccer on Sunday, extending its unbeaten streak to nine games.

Mexican forward Eduardo Lillingston opened the scoring in the 39th minute for Chivas, which has lost three of its last four matches but still shares the Western Conference lead with Houston.

Schelotto found the equalizer in the 61st minute, before scoring the winner three minutes from fulltime when he took a pass from fellow Argentine Gino Padula inside the penalty area and slotted a shot past Chivas goalkeeper Zach Thornton.
