VILLARREAL, Spain (AP) -Villarreal will be without midfielder Marcos Senna for its Champions League match against Arsenal after the Spain international injured his leg in the 2-0 loss to Malaga in the Spanish league on Saturday.

Senna joins fellow Spanish international Santi Cazorla on the sidelines after injuring his left leg in the 80th minute of the match at El Madrigal stadium.

Senna scored Villarreal's goal in a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the quarterfinals last Tuesday. The clubs meet in the return leg at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday.

Cazorla broke a bone in his right leg in league play last week to be ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Both players were members of Spain's European Championship-winning team last summer.
