Venus Williams is just two matches away from her sixth Wimbledon ladies' singles title. But a familiar obstacle may await the two-time defending champion in Saturday's final: her sister Serena.

Venus, the No. 3 seed who has played for the Wimbledon championship in seven of the past nine years, won 6-1, 6-2 against Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska on Tuesday to move into the semifinals, where she'll face top-seeded Dinara Safina on Thursday.

"I would love it to be a Williams final, and so would she," Venus told reporters after the match.

In the opposite half of the draw, second-seeded Serena routed Victoria Azarenka 6-2, 6-3 to book a date with fourth-seeded Elena Dementieva.

Should Venus and Serena make it through the semis, they would meet in Saturday's Wimbledon ladies' final (9 a.m., NBC) for a fourth time. Serena won in 2002 and '03, with Venus avenging those results in '08.

"We are definitely the frontrunners in tennis as far as being some of the best players out there," Venus said. "I just think that the style of game that Serena and I play, that particular style we play better than the other women."

Venus is attempting to become the first woman to win three straight Wimbledon singles titles since Steffi Graf from 1991 through '93.

For the first time in three years, each of the top four seeds in the ladies' draw has advanced to the semifinals.
