What was your reaction to getting into the Swimsuit Issue?

I was happy to get invited as I have heard many good things about the magazine. I know it is quite popular in the U.S. and abroad, so I am lucky to be featured in 2009 issue and looking forward to seeing it!

You're a professional athlete. Do you think modeling is hard?

It is not easy! I know girls are working out hard, constantly dieting and traveling between continents -- just like tennis players. Besides, their professional age is too short and they have to make the most of it while they are young. We only see the glamorous part of it, but I know there is "sweat and blood" behind it.

At what point in your athletic career do you know you've made it?

I have many more goals to achieve, and I am still working hard to get there. Of course I am dreaming of winning the major titles and getting as close to the top ranking as possible. Once these goals are accomplished, I would probably be able to say 'I've made it.'

Happiness is...

When all your loved ones are healthy and happy.

If you could change one thing in the past year, what would it be?

I am pretty happy with everything in my life and I am fortunate that I became who I became. Not that many people have the opportunity to become a professional athlete. I still have enough time ahead to achieve what I want to achieve, so I have no regrets.

What makes you feel sexy?

I am just like every other girl: getting dressed nicely, having good makeup on and getting my hair done makes me feel comfortable and good looking. Also, being a professional athlete and being able to perform on the court -- especially when I have good results -- makes me feel special.

Who's your dream guy?

Someone who is honest, open-minded, generous and personable; someone who is funny to be with.

Do real guys have a shot?

Sorry, this place is no longer vacant.

Every girl has her dating checklist. What are your top three deal breakers when dating?

If a person is greedy, self obsessed and fearful -- he will be no go.

What is your most memorable first?

The first time I paid for dinner myself.
