(BRONCOS ACQUIRED PICK FROM BEARS) The Broncos love Pouncey and might end up moving down in the first round and
taking him wherever they land (but it better be ahead of the No. 18 Steelers because they love him too). Although it's a
bit high for an interior offensive lineman, the Broncos aren't afraid to take him at 11. Texas safety Earl
Thomas and OSU receiver Dez Bryant are the other two good options.

*DRAFT-DAY TRADE! EAGLES TRADE UP FROM NO. 24 TO DOLPHINS' SPOT I think Philadelphia is the team most motivated to move up in
the draft, because they've got the extra picks and the desire to land one of the top two safeties, either Berry or Thomas.
Not loving their likely options at 12, the Dolphins are ready and willing to move down, probably with the hopes that Texas
OLB Sergio Kindle is still there at No. 24. If Miami doesn't move, I'd give them Georgia Tech defensive end
Derrick Morgan at 12.

Anthony Davis |

We could easily see the 49ers going for Clausen here on the premise that he won't last until their No. 17 pick. But Davis is
one of the draft's top four offensive tackles and he fills a major need. If San Francisco thinks cornerback first, it
should have its pick between Joe Haden and Kyle Wilson.

C.J. Spiller |

(SEAHAWKS ACQUIRED PICK FROM BRONCOS) Seeing Spiller still on the board would stifle the Seahawks' urge to select
Clausen and really complicate their future quarterback situation (about that Charlie Whitehurst trade...). Seattle
believes Spiller has Chris Johnson-like home-run capability.

New York is going to feel a bit disappointed because it wanted either McClain or Thomas, but neither are there. Taking the
draft's consensus top-rated cornerback shouldn't feel like a consolation prize, but it just might.

Brandon Graham |
Michigan |

If Pierre-Paul gets to them and Graham is still on the board, the Titans will be staring at their two top options for jacking
up their pass rush. We'd probably go with Pierre-Paul in that scenario. But since he's gone to No. 8 Oakland in our mock,
the Titans snap up Graham just before teams like the No. 17 49ers, the No. 19 Falcons and the No. 22 Patriots get the
chance.

QB |
Jimmy Clausen |
Notre Dame |
Jr. |
6-3 |
223 |
(49ERS ACQUIRED PICK FROM PANTHERS) The 49ers really like the ex-Golden Domer, and they're still our best guess
for where he lands. With two first-rounders, San Francisco is best positioned to take a little gamble on a quarterback, and
I think only the chance to grab Boise State cornerback Kyle Wilson here tempts the 49ers to go in another direction
than Clausen.

The Steelers would take Pouncey in a heartbeat, but if he's Denver's pick somewhere above them, they'll have no problem
jumping on Wilson and taking care of their glaring need to upgrade at cornerback.

 |
DE |
Derrick Morgan |
Georgia Tech |
Jr. |
6-4 |
272 |
|
The Falcons, in need of a front-seven player who can spruce up their pass rush, can't believe their luck in finding Morgan,
a hometown hero of sorts, still on the board. He's a versatile 4-3 end who many believe is the draft's safest pass-rushing
prospect.
|
| 20 |
 |
RB |
Ryan Mathews |
Fresno State |
Jr. |
5-11 |
220 |
|
The Texans don't see a defensive tackle worth this slot, and Texas safety Earl Thomas is long gone, so it's an easy
card to turn in for Mathews, the draft's second-highest rated rusher. He's a move-the-chains inside runner who really
changes the dynamic on first and second down in Houston.
