Kelly Graves to remain at Gonzaga |

Women's basketball coach Kelly Graves has decided to remain at Gonzaga after a brief discussion about the head job at Washington.
Graves confirmed in an interview with The Associated Press on Thursday afternoon that he will remain with the Bulldogs after leading them to the Elite Eight this past season.
Graves was spotted on the Washington campus on Wednesday and said he did interview with the Huskies for their opening. Tia Jackson resigned as Washington's coach earlier this month and speculation immediately turned to Graves, who has built the Bulldogs into one of the most successful programs on the West Coast.
Graves says he is happy where he is. He also said a contract extension with Gonzaga is expected to be announced soon.
A Washington spokesman had no comment on the coaching search.
