ESPN The Magazine released a story yesterday claiming the Blue Jays use a man in center field to steal signs and alert batters when an offspeed pitch is coming. If the allegations are true, the team might want to get someone else to steal the signs because the Jays are only 29-27 at home. Anyway, the story didn't sit well with Toronto players and fans. Catcher J.P. Arencibia voiced his displeasure on -- what else? -- Twitter and said, "Just read the dumbest article on ESPN about us getting signs? I'm hitting .200 and we get signs at home, that makes sense? #clowns" (Note to J.P., just read Hot Clicks and you won't get upset about anything.) Arencibia wasn't done and sent out a couple of more bombs. Meanwhile, Blue Jays relief pitcher Casey Janssen had some fun with this controversy. He took two coffee cups and made himself a pair of binoculars to steal signs from the bullpen. As for the fans, you can see how they felt about the report in the picture above and in this photo gallery. Very creative, folks.

UPDATE: Breaking News -- I now have full proof that the Blue Jays indeed steal signs.

This Guy Is Great For Business
Bryce Harper is 18 years old, but he's already provided us with plenty of excellent material. He's been on the cover of Sports Illustrated, someone in the Nationals organization compared him to Jackie Robinson, and sported a pornstache. Now, he's been ejected from a game for the first time in his career after snapping at an umpire last night.
FINALLY!!!
Yesterday, I asked a very important question on Twitter: Where have all the NFL rookie hazing photos been? Every year we're treated to hideous haircuts and players getting tied to goalposts, but I had seen nothing this season. Until now. Ladies and gentlemen -- the Oakland Raiders.

Morse's Moves
Fast forward to the eight-minute mark of this clip to watch Nationals outfielder Michael Morse sing and dance to A-Ha's Take on Me. Seriously, you have to watch him dance.
Follow Up
In yesterday's P.M. Hot Clicks, we told you about former Carolina kicker John Kasay writing a thank you note to Panthers fans for their support. Former Eagles kicker David Ackers went a little bigger. He bought out a whole billboard to send a message to Philly fans. (Thanks to Scott Rappaport, of Bear, Del., and Jay, of Philadelphia, for the link.)

Chris Anderson, of Rochester, Minn.., says, "Jimmy, love the column, check it twice a day. I forgive you for your Yankee Love and wanted to share this from my best friend, Patrick. He's the star on the skis that catches and slams the beer before the intentional faceplant! Completed successfully on the first take! And yes, they circled and picked up the can out of the lake."
