Jags' Sims-Walker active; Ravens' Carr, Evans out |

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -- Newly signed receiver Mike Sims-Walker was active for Jacksonville's game against Baltimore on Monday night.
Sims-Walker signed a one-year deal for the veteran minimum Wednesday, two days after being released by St. Louis. He spent the first four years of his career in Jacksonville, so picking up the offense was easy. The Jaguars brought him back in hopes of boosting the league's worst offense.
Because of Sims-Walker's arrival, fellow receivers Jarett Dillard and Chastin West were inactive. Guard Eben Britton, safety Courtney Greene and newly signed tight end Martin Rucker also were inactive for Jacksonville.
Cornerback Chris Carr was inactive for Baltimore, along with safety Tom Zbikowski, receiver Lee Evans and guard Ben Grubbs. Evans and Grubbs were ruled out Friday.
