Braun leaves game with right hip strain |

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Already dealing with lingering tightness in his Achilles, Milwaukee Brewers star Ryan Braun left Friday night's game with a strained right hip.
Braun was replaced in left field in the top of the eighth inning. He was walking with a limp after legging out an infield hit and stealing second base in the sixth, but didn't come out of the game against Pittsburgh right away.
Braun sat out Thursday night's game in Los Angeles with tightness in his right Achilles tendon. Braun returned to the Brewers' lineup Friday, but Brewers manager Ron Roenicke said it remains an issue.
Roenicke said before the game that Braun's status changes daily, "so it's hard knowing where we are with it." Roenicke says the problem won't keep him out of the lineup for an extended period of time but can limit his ability to steal, run the bases and cover ground in the outfield.
Second baseman Rickie Weeks was a last-minute lineup scratch Friday because of an illness.
