As she did during Super Bowl week last year, Extra host Maria Menounos (follow her on Twitter) will be sending exclusive videos to Hot Clicks leading up to the big game. Menounos has some extra interest in this year's game because she is a diehard Patriots fan. She also made a bet with her Extra colleague, A.J. Calloway, that if the Patriots lose, she has to co-host the show in a Giants bikini. Menounos revealed her bet to Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski this morning at Media Day. In typical Gronk fashion (while looking totally smitten and making googly eyes at Menounos) he said, "At least there's a positive if we lose."
