Jose Canseco's Twitter account had become a wonderful train wreck of the past several weeks. My favorite highlight was the time he told Al Gore to rest in peace. Gore, however, is alive and kicking. Sadly, Canseco's Twitter account is not. He deleted it this afternoon.

UPDATE: Minutes after Hot Clicks was published, Canseco made a triumphant return to Twitter!

Last week, Hot Clicks had an item about a fan getting hit in the head with an errant pass at an NBA game because he was texting. I defended the guy, saying that everybody texts and tweets at sporting events these days. Two readers took exception with my statement. I'd love to hear what they have to say about this Royals fan. He was in the front row of last night's Toronto-Kansas City game READING A BOOK!

Alex Branyan, of Seattle, says, "Jimmy, I know you've had Odette Annable as the LLOD before, but House is going off the air in a few weeks, so this seems like a good reason to put her in Hot Clicks again." I agree with Alex. I've always thought Odette was underrated, so giving her today's LLOD honors is a no-brainer.
