The King came to play last night. As you know by now,
LeBron James finished with 45 points, 15 rebounds and five assists (highlights
here) to keep the Heat's season alive. Of course, all this does is set up James to get crushed by people if he fails to lead Miami to victory in Game 7 on Saturday. ESPN reporter
Doris Burke did a nice job
asking James about that after the game (although her closing line of "it was our pleasure tonight" was a little over-the-top). After his interview with Burke,
James then had a beer thrown at him by a Celtics fan. But back to ESPN to close out this lead item: Despite letting LeBron hijack their network for a one-hour infomercial when they aired "The Decision," the Worldwide Leader in Sports needs to be reminded that
he's not on the Cavaliers.
