Knicks guard J.R. Smith really doesn't have this whole Twitter thing down, huh? In March, he was fined $25,000 by the NBA for tweeting an in appropriate picture of a woman. Now, he thinks it's funny to sign off on many of his tweets with the hashtag "nosandusky."

An anonymous reader e-mailed me this N.C. State billboard and said it currently can be seen in Raleigh. Either an Aggie fan made it, or it's Photoshopped.
