The Bruins signed Tyler Seguin to a six-year, $34 million contract extension; Chicago agreed to a one-year deal with veteran defenseman Michal Rozsival, and the ECHL's Bakersfield Condors offered a contract to Justin Bieber. That's right, Justin Bieber. The team's coach has seen the Canadian-born popstar on film and thinks he has some natural hockey skills.
