After I posted a video in
Tuesday's A.M. Hot Clicks that summed up the Pirates futility over the past 20 years, one Browns fan (
Harrison, of Hudson, Ohio) e-mailed to say, "I have no sympathy for Pittsburgh -- a city with six Steelers' championships and even less Pirates fans. Try watching last Thursday night's game against the Browns with each commercial break promoting the NFL Network's
A Football Life: Cleveland '95. Even though it seems to document our biggest nightmare, I can help but wonder what could have been. Come to Cleveland. Come share our pain. Go Browns! Go Indians! Go Cavs! Until we die."
I hope Harrison feels better after venting and I'd like to thank him for sending the clip of
A Football Life, which looks at the Browns' last season in Cleveland. The video is eight minutes long, and there is A LOT of
Bill Belichick in it. But no matter which team you root for,
you should at least watch the first two minutes just to see the Browns fans ripping up the bleachers and throwing seats around during the last game at the old Cleveland Stadium. The documentary airs tonight at 8 p.m. ET on the NFL Network and looks like a must watch/DVR.
