If you've ever played Tecmo Bowl (and I'm sure most of you have), you'll want to check out the newest episode of NFL Films Presents. The show takes a trip down memory lane and pays tribute to the popular video game. Tecmo legend Christian Okoye, who made two Pro Bowls as a running back with the Chiefs, even plays for the first time ever. The show airs on the NFL Network Friday at 4:30 p.m. and Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
Better Than Writing Back
The NFL does a great job promoting Breast Cancer Awareness throughout the month of October. The league will continue the promotion on Sunday during the Dolphins-Jets game as referees will use pink penalty flags instead of yellow ones. The noteworthy part of this story is that the idea came from an 11-year-old, who wrote NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell a very short and straightforward letter.

A Cal college professor gave Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers an "F" and told him he'd never play in the NFL.

Good Radio
Former Mets GM and ESPN analyst -- and current Sirius XM radio host -- Steve Phillips appeared on that network's Mad Dog Unleashed show with host Chris Russo on Wednesday afternoon to talk World Series. Phillps believes the Giants should not be allowed to play in the World Series because Melky Cabrera got busted for performance-enhancing drugs. This did not go over well with Russo, a huge San Francisco fan.
Sports Video Of The Day
As I mentioned above, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. In honor of that, Timberwolves forward Kevin Love shaved his head to show solidarity with patients going through chemotherapy. Love also had a special guest do the honors of buzzing the hair.
Tom Hanks Video Of The Day, No. 2
This is way better than Hanks accidentally saying the F-word on Good Morning America last week. The actor performed a slam poem about Full House on Tuesday's episode of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
