On Wednesday, Cleveland offensive lineman Joe Thomas said former Browns running back Peyton Hillis was toxic and accused him of not playing hard last season. Hillis responded Thursday by comparing Thomas to a crazy ex-girlfriend. And now I'm hoping someone makes a YouTube video of Thomas singing a Taylor Swift song to Hillis. Via my colleague @BryanAGraham comes this ad in which someone is willing to swap two tickets to next month's Alabama-Notre Dame title game for access to a New York City apartment for six months. It's sad that a political figure would give a rambling speech about sports while we're about to fall over a fiscal cliff. But it's funny that a political figure would take shots at the inept and embarrassing Jets.
