Dismukes arrested for public intoxication
AUBURN, Ala. (AP) Auburn center Reese Dismukes has been arrested for public intoxication eight days before Auburn's first game against Clemson.
The Lee County's sheriff's office said that the starter was released on a $300 bond. It did not offer further details.
The Opelika-Auburn News reports Saturday that Dismukes was one of the few certainties on Auburn's offensive line. His backup is sophomore Tunde Fariyike.
Dismukes did not return a message seeking comment. Auburn University officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
