OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore Ravens offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie has restructured his contract to remain with the team.

During intense negotiations Tuesday, McKinnie walked away from the table and posted on Twitter that his time with the Ravens was over.

His tweet shortly before noon read: "Decision is made! I'm gone!"

But the sides reconvened later, and the 6-foot-8, 360-pound left tackle begrudgingly reworked his contract rather than start to look for another job. He was supposed to receive a $3.2 million base salary in 2012

McKinnie signed with Baltimore during the offseason last year and started all 16 games. After reporting late to camp this summer, he had to work his way back into the starting lineup.

Coach John Harbaugh says, "He's been a part of us. He never left us."
