Jennings hurt his groin late in Sunday's loss to San Francisco and was listed as doubtful going into Thursday.
Tillman was listed as questionable with a shin injury. He was hurt in the Bears' season-opening victory over Indianapolis, limping off the field appearing to favor his right leg.
As expected, linebacker Brian Urlacher will play despite having surgery on his left knee during training camp. He started against Indianapolis and sat once the game was in hand for the Bears.
