Kessy-Ross beat Walsh-Branagh in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI (AP) -- Olympic silver medalists Jennifer Kessy and April Ross won the AVP Tour event Sunday at Washington Park, beating Kerri Walsh and new partner Nicole Branagh 21-11, 21-18.

It was Walsh's first tournament since the London Olympics, where she and Misty May-Treanor won their third consecutive gold medal. May-Treanor has retired.

In the men's final, John Hyden and Sean Scott edged Matt Fuerbringer and Nick Lucena 21-17, 21-16.
