FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) -- Borussia Dortmund's chief executive says Juergen Klopp won't be allowed to leave before his contract expires in 2016, even if Bayern Munich or the German national team make an offer for the coach.

Klopp is in his fourth season with Dortmund. He won the Bundesliga title last season and the team is currently two points clear at the top of the standings after a 15-game unbeaten run.

Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke told Bild newspaper on Wednesday that he has "absolute confidence'' in Klopp and can "rule out'' the prospect of ever firing him.
