GLASGOW, Scotland (AP) -- Celtic striker Gary Hooper scored a record-equaling five goals Sunday to give the Scottish Premier League champions a 5-0 win over Hearts in their final game.

Hooper scored a first-half hat-trick, made it 4-0 in the 66th and struck from Georgios Samaras' cross with three minutes left to become the third man to hit five goals in a single SPL game.

Rangers strikers Kenny Miller and Kris Boyd are the other players to achieve the feat, with Boyd also doing it for Kilmarnock.

Hooper ended the season with 29 goals and Celtic finished 20 points clear of Rangers, which won 4-0 at St. Johnstone. Sone Aluko scored a hat trick for Rangers.

Dundee United won 2-0 at third-place Motherwell.
