HARRISON, N.J. (AP) -- The New York Red Bulls have acquired forward Sebastien Le Toux from the Vancouver Whitecaps.

The 28-year-old Le Toux had four goals and one assist in 19 appearances in his first year with Vancouver. The Whitecaps acquired him in a trade with the Philadelphia Union in January.

The Whitecaps received Jamaican midfielder Dane Richards and allocation money in the deal. Richards has one goal and two assists in 17 games this season.

The busy Red Bulls also acquired goalkeeper Bill Gaudette from the Los Angeles Galaxy on Friday in exchange for a draft choice.
