NYON, Switzerland (AP) -- Scottish champion Glasgow Celtic will play Swedish league winner Helsingborg for a place in the first round of the Champions League.
Friday's qualifying playoff draw has Malaga meeting Greece's Panathanaikos. The Spanish club is in financial turmoil despite reaching club soccer's most important competition for the first time in its history and allegedly owes a number of clubs money for players bought last season.
Germany's Borussia Moenchengladbach will face Ukraine's Dynamo Kiev and Russia's Spartak Moscow will play Turkey's Fenerbahce.
The first legs of the total-goals series will be Aug. 21-22 with the second legs Aug.28-29.
