BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) -- A video purporting to show England defender Danny Rose lied by claiming he was racially abused throughout an ill-tempered under-21 match, has been released by The Football Association of Serbia.

The six-minute video titled "Danny Rose is lying to whom?'' posted on YouTube shows moments when Rose had the ball during the match with no racial abuse heard from the crowd in Krusevac on Tuesday. The video ends in the 76th minute.

"As you can see in this video, during the UEFA under-21 playoff game there was no unsportsmanlike cheering and insulting opposing players on racial grounds,'' said Serbia FA's commentary with the footage.

Most of the alleged abuse was believed to have been delivered after the final whistle when a brawl erupted between the teams.

Rose has claimed he was subjected to monkey chants every time he touched the ball in the European Under-21 Championship qualifying match which England won 1-0.

Serbia was charged by UEFA on Wednesday with misconduct over racial abuse by its fans. Both FAs also face sanctions over the brawl.

The Serbian FA has denied racism allegations "before and during the match,'' but the English Football Association insisted its players were subjected to racial abuse, missiles and provocation throughout the game. England said it might stop sending teams to Serbia.
