READING, England (AP) -Reading remained in the bottom three of the Premier League after being held to a goalless draw at the Madejski Stadium by Norwich on Saturday.

Norwich travelled to Reading with seven points in its last three league games, but both teams were guilty of poor finishing and wasteful possession in a match that lacked quality.

Reading has not won a league game this season, while Norwich has scored just eight goals in the league so far.

With 20 minutes remaining, lone striker Grant Holt had the best chance of the game for Norwich but he mistimed his jump as he looked to head Javier Garrido's cross past Australian goalkeeper Adam Federici and the ball looped out of play.
