NORMAN, Okla. (AP) - Down four players to season-ending injuries, the wins keep coming for No. 16 Oklahoma.

Sherri Coale's Sooners are off to a 4-0 start in Big 12 play, piecing together a winning streak and another NCAA tournament-worthy resume despite the loss of team captain Whitney Hand and three others.

Before the season started, forward Lyndsey Cloman decided to end her career because of lingering back problems and Kaylon Williams ruptured her left Achilles tendon. Freshman Maddie Manning, who had moved into the starting lineup, then tore the anterior cruciate ligament in her right knee. A week and a half later, Hand tore the ACL in her left knee.

The Sooners have moved on, with the remaining starters logging heavier minutes and trying to make up for all of the lost production.
