Pacos Ferreira routs Moreirense 5-0 in Portugal

LISBON, Portugal (AP) -Pacos Ferreira routed last-place Moreirense 5-0 thanks to doubles by midfielders Paulo Hurtado and Vitor Silva in the Portuguese league on Sunday.

The convincing away win kept Pacos Ferreira in fourth place and lifted it to within one point of third-place Braga.

Hurtado opened for Pacos Ferreira in the 24th minute and scored again with a header in the 56th.

Silva netted a minute before halftime and scored a second time a minute before the final whistle. Luiz Carlos added another goal in the 69th.

Also on Sunday, Sporting Lisbon was held to a 1-1 home draw by Guimaraes.
