EDINBURGH, Scotland (AP) -Scottish team Hearts says the future of the club is not at risk despite administrators moving into majority shareholder Vladimir Romanov's Lithuanian bank.

Sergejus Fedotovas, a director at Hearts, says "today's events in Lithuania will have very little effect on our day-to-day business.''

Fedotovas said Tuesday that Romanov's Ukio Bankas is an "entirely separate entity'' to Ukio Banko Investicine Grupe, which is the majority owner of Hearts.

Hearts, which is 10th in the 12-team Scottish Premier League, has been hit by financial problems this season, including an unpaid tax bill. The club eventually paid the money owed and a transfer embargo was lifted.
